People’s Welfare & Development Foundation (PWDF) is a non-profit organization working to uplift underserved communities. Since March 2026, we have been committed to improving lives through sustainable solutions, community empowerment, and social development initiatives.

  1. People’s Welfare & Development Foundation is a non-governmental organization based in Sindh, Pakistan. It was founded in March 2026.
  2. The organization aims to support rural communities through capacity development and technical assistance in regenerative and organic agriculture, soil health improvement, and sustainable development initiatives.
  3. Its key focus areas include health, nutrition, and education for children; disaster management; support for female entrepreneurs; livelihood enhancement; poverty reduction; zero hunger; gender equality; human rights and minority rights; climate change mitigation and adaptation; promotion of decent work; water conservation; and biodiversity conservation across Sindh, Pakistan.
  4. To sensitize communities for the attainment of education, especially focusing on education, and build community participatory education institutes targeting rural and urban areas.
  5. To open and establish schools, Deeni Madaris, and Islamic institutes for the betterment of members and the public in general.
  6. To establish, open, and maintain public museums and galleries of paintings and other work for awareness of forum problems or achievements.
  7. To work for awareness against violence against women and to prepare shelter houses for widows.
  8. To provide hand pumps to needy people of local areas.
  9. To work in emergencies for relief and rehabilitation of livelihood, and actively work during earthquakes, floods, and disasters in urban as well as rural areas.
  10. To conduct seminars, symposiums, walks, rallies, and other means of public outreach for the promotion of education and literacy, and mother and child health care.
  11. To maintain libraries and reading rooms for the betterment of members and the public in general.
  12. To educate youth and communities for the attainment of peace and prosperity and mobilize communities regarding their basic political, socio-economic, and human rights.
  13. To mobilize youth and communities for gender equity and campaigns to end gender-based violence and protect women and children’s rights.
  14. To work for poverty alleviation.
  15. To provide technical assistance in agriculture and food production.
  16. To support livestock, aquaculture, and poultry through training and dissemination of new technologies.
  17. To construct and repair educational institutions and centers for smooth learning.
  18. To provide stationery, books, shoes, uniforms, and transport to underprivileged students.
  19. To provide water facilities such as filter plants, fresh water systems, coolers, and mineral water tankers in hard areas.
  20. To organize sports events, quiz competitions, cricket matches, football tournaments, table tennis, badminton, and hockey games.
  21. To establish tuition centers, academies, reading rooms, and public libraries.
  22. To provide solar systems including solar plants, motors, fans, and related equipment.
  23. To provide legal aid, financial support, transport, employment opportunities, and rental shops to disabled persons.
  24. To provide medical treatments, medicines, clinics, doctors, nurses, and medical equipment at health centers.
  25. To construct and repair health centers, hospitals, and homecare centers.
  26. To establish maternity homes and maternity housing programs.
  27. To provide medicines, food, clean water, checkups, milk, and nutrition support to pregnant women.
  28. To provide blankets, clothes, and shelter houses during extreme weather conditions.
  29. To support construction and repair of houses and provide financial assistance for housing.
  30. To establish technical centers, provide machinery, materials, and training for handicrafts and skill development.
  31. To provide transport and ambulance services during emergencies, disasters, and floods.
  32. To support marriage ceremonies, financial aid, and dowry assistance for poor girls.
  33. To provide veterinary doctors, medicines, medical centers, and camps for livestock care.
